The Role

We’re looking for a creative, confident Chef ready to serve up flavour, fun, and fantastic food experiences. With the backing of our Group Executive Chef, you'll crush the kitchen, contribute to the team, design specials, and keeping things running smoother than a perfectly whisked hollandaise.

We want someone who can:

· Cook up a storm across lunch & dinner services

· Order smart (yes, we’re a bit remote – planning ahead is key)

· Keep cool under pressure and plate up with pride

· Collaborate with front-of-house for seamless service

· Champion quality, consistency, and a touch of flair

What You Bring

· 2+ years in a similar role

· Trade qualification or serious kitchen cred

· Confidence in a range of cuisines (bonus points if you’re creative!)

· Great communication and leadership skills

· Ability to plan, prep, and keep things organised

· First Aid Cert? Great! (Not essential, but handy)
