About the role:
We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented person to provide high-quality administrative support within the Clinical Business Improvement & Support team and the broader Statewide Dental division.
Position is conveniently located a short walk from the Adelaide Train station and Rundle Mall in the Roma Mitchell House building, North Terrace.
About You
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive individual proficient in using Microsoft Excel and Outlook, with high attention to detail, solid computer and data entry skills.
- Exceptional accuracy & attention to detail – Ability to perform tasks efficiently with a high level of precision, ensuring administrative processes run smoothly.
- Strong problem-solving & organisational skills – Ability to work independently, set priorities, manage workloads effectively.
- Excellent communication & customer service – Ability to engage professionally with a range of people while delivering a high standard of service.
- Technical proficiency & office administration – Experience in Microsoft applications, particularly Word and Excel.
