About the Role
An award winning, well-known and established builder & developer with a reputation for building quality, custom homes is currently experiencing growth. Due to this, they are looking for an experienced and passionate Sales Consultant to join their team as their House & Land Sales Specialist.

Reporting to an experienced and supportive Sales Manager and backed up by a well-oiled, high functioning head office administrative team, you will work from their Western Sydney HQ and own the H&L space.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Develop and maintain up-to-date House & Land packages tailored to target markets.
  • Leverage established relationships with land agents while proactively building new partnerships.
  • Interpret and analyze key land documentation, including engineering and subdivision plans, planning reports, and estate guidelines to ensure compliance and accuracy.
  • Identify and secure exclusive land opportunities in emerging high-growth corridors.
  • Monitor competitor activity and market trends to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Represent the company at developer meetings, industry events, and maintain strong visibility in the market.
  • Provide timely and accurate reporting to the Sales Manager and Managing Director.
  • Ensure all packaging, promotional material, and advertised collateral are current and accurate.
  • Coordinate and execute joint marketing campaigns in collaboration with developer partners.

About You

  • A strong track record in new home sales or land sales, experience is a MUST
  • Thorough understanding of current residential market trends
  • Demonstrated success in converting leads into sales
  • Knowledge of the building industry and understanding of architectural plans
  • Ability to build great relationships
  • Good knowledge of IT systems and processes
  • Ability to work weekends

Remuneration & Benefits
The successful candidate will receive a base salary and competitive commission structure.
