We're partnering with a well-established custom home builder known for its flexibility, high-quality product, and strong local brand presence. They are currently seeking an experienced and customer-focused New Home Sales Consultant to join their growing team across Sydney's South West and North West regions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Meet and consult with prospective clients at the display home
• Identify customer needs and present tailored custom home solutions
• Build and maintain strong relationships throughout the sales journey
• Work closely with estimating, drafting, and construction teams to ensure smooth handover and delivery
• Prepare sales documentation, house and land packages, and contracts
• Manage leads through CRM and maintain consistent follow-up

What You'll Bring:

• Proven experience in new home sales, house & land, or residential property sales
• Strong client-facing presentation and communication skills
• A self-motivated, target-driven approach with excellent time management
• Ability to read and interpret house plans and site requirements
• Available to work weekends and attend client appointments outside standard hours
