The Position

In the role of House and Land Sales Executive your key responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

• Meet and greet customers at the sales office and display home inspections
• Conduct site visits and present vacant land to prospective purchasers
• Respond to buyer enquiries/incoming leads and qualify prospective buyers
• Oversee the full sales process for land and off the plan homes
• Attend appointments with vendors, buyers, solicitors and developers
• Coordinate and prepare marketing collateral for house and land packages
• Build and maintain a database of warm leads

The Person

The ideal candidate for the role of House and Land Sales Executive will have:

• A strong background in real estate house and land sales is essential, or residential resales experience
• Current NSW Certificate of Registration and Real Estate licence
• Incredibly hungry, tenacious and driven to exceed set targets/KPI's
• First class communication and relationship building skills
• Must be a self-starter who has the initiative to work autonomously
• Impeccable personal presentation
• Valid Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle
