About the role

We are seeking an experienced Final Trim Grader Operators to join the FGI Developments' team in Cairns North, Queensland. This is a full-time position, responsible for operating heavy machinery to complete essential final trimming tasks on construction sites.

What you'll be doing

Operate final trim graders to smooth and level construction sites to precise specifications

Ensure machinery is properly maintained and serviced to meet safety and efficiency standards

Collaborate with site managers and construction teams to deliver high-quality results on time

Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to protect yourself and others on the worksite

Provide mentorship and guidance to less experienced operators as needed

Operating NEW 150m's with Trimble earthworks

What we're looking for

Minimum 3 years' experience as a Final Trim Grader Operator in the construction industry

Proven ability to operate final trim graders and other heavy machinery safely and efficiently

Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards

Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with construction teams

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Construction Industry White Card

Pass a full medical

D&A conducted daily

Be able to use and set up GPS and UTS

Be able to travel in North Qld for projects

Understand Civil Drawings
