GRADER OPERATOR - (MULTI PLANT SKILLS)

Roberts Bros PTY LTD is a locally owned & operated family business of 40+ years. We specialise in civil construction of rural residential subdivisions and are seeking an experienced Grader Operator to join our team for long term work around the Gympie area.

This position will be approximately 45 hrs per week.

Essential Attributes:

- Minimum 3 years experience in civil construction grader operation,

- Ability to final trim pavement gravel,

- Have white / blue Card,

- Hold RII tickets or equivalent for plant and machinery,

- Must be reliable, able to follow instructions & have a good work ethic,

- Willingness / ability to aid in labour work if required on some occasions.

Preference Will Be Given To Candidates Who:

- Have experience using grader Trimble UTS technology and general Topcon GPS ability,

- Are competent operating other plant including Dozer, Excavator, Loader, Posi-track, Roller, Dump Truck, etc,

- Hold a current truck license (MR / HR),

- Have a good ability to interpret and follow plans,

- Are in close proximity to the Gympie region,

- Are non-smokers.

Current Graders are: CAT 140M and Komatsu GD555
