Your job? Build rapport fast, understand their needs, and close the sale.

We don't expect you to know life insurance—we'll train you. We want proven sellers who know how to win trust on the phone and drive urgency with empathy.

What You'll Do

• Work warm leads – no cold calls, no lead chasing

• Consult and close – match products to client needs (general advice only)

• Support existing clients – conduct policy reviews and upsell where appropriate

• Hit your targets – weekly KPIs and commissions, paid monthly
