About the Role
We’re looking for multiple Health Insurance Sales Consultants to join the Health Insurance team within the Member Sales & Distribution division. In these roles, you’ll handle enquiries from new and prospective members through inbound and warm outbound calls, providing personalised advice and solutions to support their private health insurance needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage inbound and outbound calls to assist members with their health insurance queries and updates.
• Build genuine connections by actively listening and recommending tailored solutions.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences while ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
• Represent the organisation’s values by being professional, empathetic, and customer-focused.

Work Arrangements:

• Hybrid role – primarily remote with occasional office attendance in Melbourne.
• Initial equipment collection required from the Melbourne office.
• Rostered Monday–Friday between 8:30 AM and 6:00 PM (rotating shifts).

About You
We’re seeking individuals who enjoy helping people and thrive in a dynamic, customer-focused environment.

What you’ll bring:

• Previous customer service or sales experience in a contact centre environment (health insurance or general insurance highly regarded).
• Experience in Overseas Visitor Cover (OVC) highly regarded.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to handle objections confidently.
• A drive to achieve KPIs and contribute to team success.
• Flexibility to work within a rotating roster and adapt during peak periods.
• A suitable work-from-home setup, including a quiet space and stable high-speed internet connection.
