Junior Broker Support – Entry-Level Role in Automotive Finance

Location: Rosebery | Prestige Dealership
Salary: $60,000 + 12% super
Hours: Monday to Saturday, 9am–5pm (with a rostered day off every fortnight) | opportunity to earn commission in the future.

We’re working with a successful and well-established finance brokerage that operates within a busy, esteemed automotive dealership in Rosebery. They're looking for a switched-on, well-presented junior to join the team in an entry-level Finance & Insurance (F&I) support role — a rare foot-in-the-door opportunity to build a long-term career in the finance and automotive industry.

You’ll work closely with experienced finance brokers and dealership staff, learning the ropes of lending from the ground up. This role is perfect for someone early in their career who’s eager to grow, develop their skills, and eventually step into a fully-fledged broker position.

Key responsibilities:

Assisting brokers with loan submissions, customer files and documentation

Supporting the dealership F&I function with day-to-day finance enquiries

Managing CRM updates and tracking applications

Communicating with customers face-to-face during the sales process

Learning compliance, lender policies and backend loan processes

Providing general administrative and operational support to the finance team

Ideal candidate profile:

polished and confident in customer-facing roles

Background in retail, hospitality, barista work, or salon experience

Naturally tech-savvy and organised

Strong communicator with a proactive mindset

Career-oriented with a genuine desire to learn and grow in finance

Able to thrive in a fast-paced dealership setting
