JWE Australia II Pty Ltd are seeking a hands-on, detail-oriented Accountant to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to work in a regional setting, onsite at our beautiful vineyard and winery – a role that blends financial responsibility with the culture and pace of a premium wine business.

Key Responsibilities:

· Prepare and manage monthly management reports and financial statements

· Oversee accounts payable and receivable functions

· Bank reconciliations and cash flow management

· Budget preparation and variance analysis

· Liaise with external accountants, auditors, and stakeholders

· Support inventory and costing processes specific to vineyard and wine production

· Support with taxation and other financial/statutory compliance matters (BAS, PAYG, Superannuation)

About You:

· Degree qualified in Accounting, Finance, or related field

· CPA/CA qualified or working towards (preferred)

· Proven experience in a similar role – ideally within agriculture, FMCG, or wine

· Strong systems skills (Excel, Xero or similar accounting software)

· Excellent attention to detail and communication skills

· Comfortable working independently in a regional setting
