One of our clients in the Epping area is looking for a sales associate to work with one of their top rising agents. This role would be working mainly within the Epping and Beecroft areas. An ideal candidate for this role will be bilingual as the clientele has a majority Mandarin and Cantonese speaking vendors and buyers.

Diary management

Buyer and Vendor management

Pipeline nurturing

Aid in the sales process and be hands-on with clients through the process

Hands on management of marketing via web, print and social

Assisting with coordinating exchanges and settlements

Support with client communication, data maintenance and management from appraisal through to post settlement

Must have previous real estate experience

Own car and Licence

Strong written and verbal communication

Must have Certificate of Registration at minimum
