We are currently seeking an experienced Reception & Bookings Team Member to join our front-of-house team.
This is a varied and rewarding role for someone who enjoys working with people and animals. The ideal candidate will be a clear communicator with excellent attention to detail, a strong customer service focus, and the ability to multitask in an often fast-paced setting.

We’re Looking For Some Who Has
A genuine love for animals and a team-first attitude
Personable and relatable approach to customer service
Confidence in learning new software systems (full training provided)
Proven experience in administrative, bookings, or customer service roles
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and general computer systems
Excellent time management skills and a sharp attention to detail
A calm and courteous manner—especially under pressure
A friendly, organised, reliable, and professional team player
About the Role
As part of our Reception and Bookings team, your responsibilities will include:
Handling incoming enquiries and bookings via phone and email (Outlook proficiency required)
Providing warm, professional service to clients while upholding our high standards of care and communication
Managing customer records and reservations using a custom-built software system
Attending to pet admission and departures at reception, and liaising with kennel staff to coordinate pet placement
Maintaining accurate vaccination, pet health records and customer details
Availability for weekday shifts and Saturday mornings is essential
