We are looking for a Finance Business Partner to provide strategic insights and financial expertise to drive business performance in a key manufacturing client in Clayton South. This is a newly created, permanent, full-time role, offering flexibility.

Description

Provide financial analysis to support decision-making and business strategies.
Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial models.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for cost optimisation and revenue growth.
Monitor financial performance and deliver clear, actionable insights to the leadership team.
Lead the preparation and presentation of financial reports and dashboards.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
Support cross-functional teams with financial expertise for various projects.
Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial reporting.

Profile

A successful Finance Business Partner will be able to demonstrate:

Professional accreditation such as CA or CPA (or equivalent).
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex financial data.
Proficiency in financial modelling and the use of ERP systems.
Excellent communication skills to collaborate with non-financial stakeholders.
Demonstrated experience in the manufacturing industry or a similar fast-paced environment.
A proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
