About the Resident Experience Performance Manager role and about you
We are seeking an experienced customer facing operational leader to join our landmark Build to Rent development in Westmead. This role will lead a team, oversee and manage all resident service programs, activities and leasing systems for Connect Westmead to optimise resident satisfaction and operational efficiency and foster a sustainable engaging community environment.
To succeed in this role, you will be an experienced operational and people leader with exceptional customer service skills and business acumen, to proactively foster community engagement.
This is a permanent full-time role, based at Westmead and requires travel to other SGCH office locations as required for team meetings and training.

Tertiary qualifications in a related field or equivalent operational experience. A working knowledge of the Residential Tenancy Act 2000.
Sound experience of managing resident services in a property, hotel or student accommodation environment and of developing and implementing successful customer events and engagement strategies.
Demonstrated leadership, organisational, interpersonal, communication and stakeholder engagement skills and digital literacy
Proven ability to work with business acumen and a social heart and balance strategic business goals with day-to-day operational needs, and the self-motivation, compassion and resilience to continuously improve and drive the delivery of best outcomes for the business and customers.
