Position: Accredited Specialist – Family Law
Part-Time or Full-Time | Remote with Occasional Travel to Penrith

Are you ready to use your expertise to shape the future of Family Law—both in practice and education?

We’re looking for an Accredited Specialist in Family Law to take on a unique and rewarding role working across ALA Law, Western Sydney’s leading Family Law firm, and the Family Law Education Network of Australia (FLENA), a national platform driving legal education, innovation, and community for family law professionals.

What the Role Involves:

This hybrid position blends legal practice with sector leadership. You’ll:

Provide high-quality legal services to clients of ALA Law, with a focus on practical, resolution-focused outcomes, with this hands on part of the role taking no greater then 2-3 billable hours a day

Collaborate with the FLENA team to help develop cutting-edge CLE content, contribute to precedent development, and support member engagement.

Influence the future of family law practice through mentoring, content development, and participation in national initiatives.

Work flexibly from home, with occasional travel to Penrith required to service clients or attend key events.

What We’re Looking For:

NSW Accredited Specialist in Family Law

Strong practical experience in family law matters

Excellent communication, drafting and advocacy skills

Passion for education, innovation, and improving access to justice

A collaborative, values-driven professional who enjoys both client work and sector impact
