We are seeking a full-time Senior Family Lawyer who can confidently navigate simple and complex family law matters with care and competence.

What You Will Do

Provide end-to-end management of a diverse range of family law matters, providing clear, strategic, and effective solutions.

Deal with clients directly, building strong relationships as you go, with demonstrated compassion.

Mentor, manage, and delegate tasks to junior lawyers.

Engage in business development activities, expanding our firm's reach and strengthening our market presence.

Who we are looking for

The person we are looking for:

Is at least 5 years PQE and has practiced in family law for not less than 50% of full-time practice for the last 3 years.

Experience in Wills & Estate viewed favourably, but not neccesary.

Past experience in boutique firm setting viewed favourably, but not neccesary.

Excellent customer service skills and the ability to be genuinely empathetic to our clients.

To be able to manage time and prioritise work tasks effectively.

To be accountable, enthusiastic and integral in everything you do.

An intimate knowledge of Office 365, Actionstep (or equivalent), NetDocuments, and ChatGPT.

Exceptional English proficiency and client communication skills, both written and verbal.
