In this role, you’ll be the steady, compassionate, and solution-focused contact for clients and law firm partners. You’ll manage cases, track their progress, and proactively address risks as they arise. You’ll also assist with assessing prospective clients for funding eligibility and play an important role in refining internal processes as we grow.

Reporting to the Co-CEO and working closely with the client success and credit assessment team, you’ll:

• Deliver an outstanding experience for clients and law firm partners
• Build and maintain deep relationships with family law firms
• Support the funding application process, liaising with clients and firms to understand each case
• Monitor case progress and proactively manage risks
• Assess and determine requests from clients and law firms throughout the life of a case
• Report regularly to leadership on the status of active cases
• Analyse outcomes to improve credit assessment and client success processes
• Pitch in on high-impact projects each week — because that’s life in a fast-moving fintech!

About You

You’ll bring:

• At least 4 years’ experience in family law
• Confidence and professionalism in working directly with legal counsel and managing sensitive matters
• A bias for action and the ability to work independently or in small, tight-knit teams
• Strong organisational skills — you love a good list and staying on top of details
• A collaborative, can-do attitude and willingness to roll up your sleeves
