At Property Assist, we specialise in Property Management Inspections. We partner with real estate agencies to take care of their on-the-road inspection work. As a Property Inspector, you’ll be out and about, visiting homes, capturing property conditions, and supporting agencies with accurate, timely reports.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct Entry/Ingoing, Routine, and Exit/Outgoing inspections with care and professionalism

Use inspection software to take detailed notes and photographs

Record spoken condition notes for Entry reports — no typing required (our admin team transcribes for you!)

Visit Real Estate offices to collect and return keys

Upload reports and photos from home daily

Travel between properties across your assigned region

Maintain strong communication with the Property Assist support team

Manage your own daily schedule efficiently

Deliver reports that meet quality and brand standards

Be a reliable and professional representative of Property Assist in the field

What You’ll Need to Succeed

Property Management Certificate is required

A valid driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle

Strong attention to detail and time management

Excellent communication skills

A professional attitude when dealing with tenants, clients, and team members

An interest in real estate or property – prior experience is great, but not essential
