We are currently looking for a Chef to join the Hospitality Team at an Aged Care Facility located in Yackandandah, VIC. This is a permanent, full-time position.

Job Details:

• Monday to Friday
• 10 am to 6 pm
• Start immediately

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, cook, and serve meals according to dietary needs while emphasising food safety regulations
• Confident in medium-high volume meal preparation
• Promote quality benchmarks and uphold service through standard operating procedures

Skills & Requirements:

• Relevant trade qualifications or skills from previous experience
• Aged care experience (highly desirable)
• Great communication skills and excellent attention to detail
• Understanding of food and beverage standards
