Yard Person / Storeperson - Forklift Operator

Join a well-established manufacturing and distribution company specialising in large-scale piping products. We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced Yardperson / Storeperson with proven forklift experience – ideally with side loader and high-capacity (10T+) forklifts.

What's on Offer:

$35/hour + super

Monday to Friday, 6am–2pm

Stable hours and early finishes

Key Responsibilities:

Operating side-loading forklifts to safely load and unload pipes up to 21 metres long

Handling heavy and oversized materials in a busy yard environment

Loading trucks and managing yard stock

Assisting with general storeperson duties when not engaged in yard operations

Following safety procedures and maintaining a clean worksite

Requirements:

Valid forklift licence – side loader experience essential

Proven experience operating forklifts (10T + lifting capacity preferred)

Confident handling long loads and working in tight yard environments

Physically fit and safety conscious

Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team

Reliable, punctual, and committed to long-term employment
