About the Role

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Warehouse Team Member who has a forklift licence to join our growing team. This role plays a key part in forklift operations to safely unload heavy pallets of and move them efficiently to designated storage areas. It also helps transport large or bulky items to packing and collection zones, making the picking and dispatch process faster and more efficient.

When there is no forklift specific work to be performed, the role will be operating the ride on cleaning equipment, picking and packing customer orders with precision and care, and general warehouse maintenance and cleaning.

All positions in the Warehouse are expected to help us maintain a clean, safe, and well-organised space to keep everything running smoothly with a prioritisation on health, safety and wellbeing.

What You’ll Be Doing

Forklift: Using the forklift to safely unload heavy pallets of and move them efficiently to designated storage areas.

Picking & Packing: Select the right items with care, pack them securely, and include any collateral for a polished unboxing experience.

Warehouse Support: Maintain stock organisation, assist with container unloading, and keep the workspace clean, tidy, and safe.

Team Contribution: Pitch in across tasks, adapt to what’s needed, and work flexibly to help us deliver a seamless customer experience.

What We’re Looking For

Essential Experience:

A current forklift licence.

Experienced Forklift Operator in a busy Warehouse

Ability to learn processes and procedures and follow them

Previous experience working in a role with high attention to detail

Nice to Have:

Familiarity with warehouse systems, barcoding, or inventory software.

Background in the fashion industry, especially with premium or luxury brands.

Availability

You have a right to work 38 hours per week in Australia with no sponsorship requirements.

We’re seeking someone who’s open to flexible shifts, especially during seasonal peaks.

You are available between 7:30am and 5pm for various length shifts across Monday to Saturday, with a focus on Monday to Wednesday.

Fitness for Work Requirement

Ability to operate and perform daily checks on forklift on forklift.

Comply with Health and Safety to maintain a safe working environment.

Able and willing to wear PPE.

Ability to lift, carry, and move objects of varying weights, often up to 35 kg, and perform repetitive tasks that require bending, stretching, and standing for long periods.

Ability to sweep, mop, bend, twist, use a vacuum cleaner and general warehouse cleaning and maintenance equipment without injury to yourself or others in the workplace.

Ability to concentrate, follow instructions, and make quick decisions to ensure safety and efficiency in the workplace.

Free from any medical conditions that could impair their ability to work safely.

Ability to manage fatigue and maintain alertness, especially for those working in shifts or extended hours.
