What you'll do:

Lead Prospecting: Identify and research potential NDIS participants, support coordinators, and other key referral sources to build a robust pipeline.

Cold Calling Champion: Confidently reach out to new contacts, articulate our value proposition, and generate interest in our services.

Nurturing Existing Contacts: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key contacts, guiding them through the sales funnel with a personalised and empathetic approach.

Relationship Builder: Foster lasting partnerships with stakeholders, ensuring ongoing collaboration and referrals.

Strategic Communicator: Present our services clearly and persuasively, highlighting how we can meet the unique needs of NDIS participants.

Goal-Oriented Contributor: Work towards and exceed targets for new client acquisition and business growth.

What we're looking for:

Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar client-facing role, with a strong emphasis on lead prospecting, cold calling, and relationship management.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with a diverse range of individuals.

A self-starter with a high degree of initiative and the ability to work independently in a work-from-home environment.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.

A genuine understanding of and passion for the NDIS sector is highly desirable.
