About the Role

As our Sales & Marketing Specialist, you’ll be the driving force behind new member growth and brand visibility. You’ll manage leads, social media content, local promotions, and community partnerships to get results.

Key Responsibilities

Drive membership sales via phone, email, walk-ins, and DMs

Create and manage engaging social media content (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook)

Build and execute marketing campaigns & local event promotions

Manage incoming leads and CRM updates

Develop partnerships with local businesses and schools

Track performance and hit monthly targets

Skills & Experience

1–3 years in sales and/or marketing (fitness industry a bonus)

Confident communicator with strong people skills

Familiar with Instagram Reels, Meta ads, Canva, Mailchimp (or similar)

Goal-oriented and self-motivated

Passion for fitness, CrossFit, or Hyrox is a BIG plus
