One Call Property Care is a fast-growing property maintenance company servicing residential and commercial clients across the Gold Coast. We’re known for our “one call does it all” approach — delivering pressure washing, handyman services, painting, gardening, cleaning, pool care, and more under one trusted brand.

We're now hiring a multiskilled and personable technician for a casual role, with the opportunity to move into a full-time position for the right candidate.

About the Role
We’re looking for someone who is already qualified and experienced in general handyman or painting work. This can include trade-qualified applicants (e.g. carpenters) or individuals with strong hands-on experience. Training will be provided for the pressure washing side of the business.

You’ll be using a fully stocked, multi-purpose trailer with all tools and equipment provided — ready to go. You must have your own vehicle with a tow bar, or be willing to install one.

A key part of this role is interacting with clients on-site, providing updates, building rapport, and identifying upsell opportunities. We reward great communication and initiative.

While most jobs are located within the Gold Coast, you must be willing to travel occasionally to jobs in northern NSW and Brisbane outskirts when needed.

Requirements
✅ Demonstrated experience in handyman, painting, or similar trade
✅ Construction White Card (General Construction Induction)
✅ Valid driver’s licence and own vehicle with tow bar (or willingness to fit one)
✅ Professional appearance and confident communication skills
✅ Comfortable speaking with clients and offering additional services on-site
✅ Available a minimum of 3 fixed days per week
✅ Willing to travel to surrounding areas (Brisbane & Northern NSW)

What You Get

$35/hr weekdays

$43.75/hr weekends (Time + 25%)
