We are looking for a motivated and skilled Maintenance All-Rounder to join our team. This is a key role within the Resort, and you will be responsible for ensuring a safe environment for our holiday guests and staff.

As a Duty Technician, you will be responsible for the following:

Undertake general maintenance and repair work, such as plumbing, plastering, painting, carpentry, aircon maintenance and much more (no two days are the same!)

Collaborate with our Front Office team in responding to any guest maintenance related concerns.

Conduct routine inspections to ensure all required maintenance and repairs are attended to.

Replenishing apartment with replacements items as required.

Help maintain a clean and tidy environment within the resort.

Assist with maintenance related projects within the resort.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

Previous maintenance or handyperson experience, preferably in a hospitality or resort setting

Previous trade qualified background

Availability to work some weekends and public holidays

Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve issues quickly

Organised & able to execute tasks effectively and efficiently

Positive attitude & passionate about delivering exceptional service!

The ability to work both autonomously and as part of our team

This position would suit a candidate who was semi-retired or looking to cut back from a 40-hour week and who would preferably be an immediate start.
