About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced, sales-driven 360 Recruitment Consultant to join our hard-working, high-performing team. You’ll be managing an existing desk with 50+ clients and a database of 4,000 industry-specific candidates within blue-collar trades (HVAC, Plumbing, Fire, Electrical). This is a remote position offering 60-80% commission with no cap, and the chance to work from anywhere, including Bali where our recruiter team is based.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Manage an existing desk with 50+ clients and a 4,000-candidate database, providing recruitment solutions for blue-collar trades.

Use AI-driven tools and internal software to streamline processes and increase recruitment efficiency.

Work remotely, managing your own time while receiving full support from a high-performing team.

Build and maintain strong client relationships, drive placements, and deliver exceptional service.

What We’re Looking For:

Sales Experience: Minimum 2 years sales experience (real estate or other sales experience is highly encouraged).

Recruitment Experience: Preferably some background in 360 recruitment, but we are happy to train the right person.

Real Estate Background: Individuals from a real estate sales background are highly encouraged to apply.

Self-Starter: Comfortable working remotely and managing your own desk with minimal supervision.

Motivated and Hard-Working: We are a highly driven, hard-working team you’ll need the same mindset to succeed.

Strong Communication: Ability to communicate effectively with clients and candidates, and build lasting relationships.
