About the Role:

As our Quality Manager, you will lead the charge in embedding external accreditations, evidence-based standards, and compliance with national standards across Communicare. You will design and manage quality frameworks, lead the continuous improvement program, and ensure that a culture of excellence is woven into the fabric of Communicare.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the development and execution of the Communicare Plan for Continuous Improvement.

Drive a continuous commitment to quality, supporting services to meet legislative, compliance, and accreditation goals.

Develop and implement effective quality evaluation processes.

Foster innovative responses within the quality program, focusing on service excellence.

Build strong networks and consultative processes with key stakeholders.

This position will be located in Cannington and offered on a permanent full time basis working 76 hours a fortnight.

About You

Proven track record in managing quality performance and continuous improvement at an organisational level.

Experience in providing supportive leadership and building high-performing teams.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to develop and implement quality and continuous improvement plans.

Tertiary qualifications in human services, public policy, or business administration, or significant experience in quality assurance or clinical governance.
