About Us

Relationships Australia WA is a leading provider of relationship support services to the West Australian community. We have an opportunity for a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service Officer who enjoys working with a diverse client base, to join our team at Joondalup. This permanent, part-time role involves liaising with clients who are seeking to access a service, in addition to administrative support to the practitioners to ensure the smooth running of the programs and wider location.

Delivering high-quality face to face and telephone customer service.

Providing high level of contribution to reception tasks and activities.

Providing administrative support to the location branch.

About You

We are looking for professionals with:

Excellent interpersonal and customer engagement skills with experience in a customer service position.

Demonstrated administrative skills and capacity to learn IT systems.

Experience working in environments where information is sensitive and/or confidential.

Experience working collaboratively within a team to foster positive and cooperative team functioning.
