Our contact centres based in Joondalup and West Perth are currently looking for experienced customer service and sales consultants to join our teams supporting current and potential members with motor insurance products and roadside assistance services.

The contact centre is open 7 days a week and the opening hours are - Monday - Friday between 7.00am - 10.30pm & Saturday - Sunday 8.30am - 5.00pm.

This is a full-time opportunity working 37.5 hours per week

Within this role you will:

• Be first point of contact for existing members with any questions, query updates or change or circumstance they may want to discuss.
• Process and support on average 50-60 inbound calls per day
• Support inbound sales enquiries from potential new members looking to discuss insurance products and services that RAC offer.
• Develop your knowledge of RAC products and Services
• Demonstrate your capability with technology and multi-tasking skills to have engaging conversations with members while providing information and support

You'll be set up for success with a fully paid, in-depth structured training program directly delivered to you by our professional Learning and Development Advisors. Training courses are full time Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm and range between 5 - 7 weeks from the start date.
