About the Role:
As an HR Officer, you’ll manage day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and administrative tasks, employee wellbeing, and WH&S with a heavy focus on recruitment and the employee journey.
You’ll support various HR projects, contributing to policy and process improvements and team initiatives.
Reporting to an experienced and dynamic Business Manager, you’ll play a vital role in driving the team’s success and ensuring the HR operations run seamlessly.
Start date: TBC- Late Aug 2025
What you’ll bring:
· Experience managing the employee life cycle, including onboarding, training, and offboarding.
· Solid understanding of general HR documentation, such as employee contracts, fair work processes and HR policies.
· Familiarity with HR Information Systems and or payroll systems.
· Systems savvy, enjoys investigating and finding solutions, with a methodical and detail-oriented approach.
· Demonstrated ability to connect and communicate effectively, both written and verbal.
· A high level of emotional intelligence and an inclusive approach to working.

About You:
· Minimum of 2 years of experience as an HR officer, administrator, or in a similar HR position
· Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development, etc.)
· Understanding of Awards, labour laws, and disciplinary procedures
· Proficiency in MS Office, HRIS systems, and workforce modelling tools
· Outstanding organisational and time-management abilities
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Strong problem-solving and decision-making aptitude
· High ethical standards and reliability
· A relevant tertiary qualification in human resources, learning and development, education, or a related field, with relevant experience
