Responsibilities

Develop and implement human resource policies and procedures

Manage the recruitment process from job postings to selection

Conduct new employee orientation and onboarding processes

Handle employee relations issues such as conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and terminations

Enhance performance management programs including goal setting evaluations

Coordinate training programs for employees as needed

Ensure compliance with employment laws Maintain accurate employee records

Administer employee benefits programs

Provide guidance on HR matters to managers

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in HR or related field required

Desired

A current AGSVA security clearance or the ability to hold one

1+ years of experience in human resources

Excellent communication skills

Highly driven and solution oriented

Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Ability to work independently or collaboratively
