Enterprise Plus is a dynamic regional organization that offers a comprehensive range of business and educational services in the Southern Region of NSW. We are currently seeking an enthusiastic Youth Program Case Manager to join our team and deliver our Get Back in the Game Program in Queanbeyan Palerang and Snowy Mountains.
The role requires a high level of sensitivity and a genuine desire to make a positive impact. You will be working with young people aged 15 to 19 who have disengaged from traditional education and are facing challenges transitioning to employment. Your responsibilities will include providing individual client case management to re-engage them in education and training pathways or support their transition to sustainable employment.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with young people, either in case management settings, delivering youth support services, or in employment or education services. They must be able to work with minimal supervision, manage a caseload, and meet deadlines. Additionally, the successful applicant must hold a current working with children clearance or be eligible to obtain one, as well as hold a current driver’s license.

Salary: $75,000-$78,000 plus superannuation annually
Contract: Until the end of December 2026 (with possibility of extension)
Includes: Motor vehicle for business use, laptop, and mobile phone

Selection Criteria:
-Ability to effectively communicate and relate to young people and other key stakeholders.
-Demonstrated ability to work with young people to improve their education, employment, and life outcomes.
-Understanding of regional issues for young people.
-Ability to work with minimal supervision, set priorities, and meet deadlines.
-Relevant qualifications or industry experience.
Essential Requirements:
-Ability to relate well to young people and work with disengaged youth with challenging and complex issues.
-Experience in working with young people in case management settings.
-Established local networks or ability to develop networks within local communities.
-Ability to liaise effectively between stakeholders in education, industry, and community organizations.
-Current NSW Working with Children clearance or ability to obtain one.
-Current driver’s license.
-Well-developed communication skills.
Desirable Attributes:
-Relevant qualifications in the delivery of youth support services, employment or education services, and/or career and transition advice.
-Experience with record-keeping and the use of a range of IT software.
