We’re looking for a creative, detail-oriented Junior Weight Designer (2+ Years Experience) to support our team in finalising packaging designs and bringing artwork concepts to life across our growing portfolio of premium food brands.

At Land of Plenty Food Group, we create and manufacture innovative, better-for-you products for Australia’s leading retailers. This is a fantastic opportunity to be hands-on in a small, fast-paced, collaborative environment, working on real-world packaging projects from concept through to print.

This is a part-time or freelance position, hybrid in office and WFH with Immediate start.

What you'll be doing:

Finalising packaging artwork across multiple product lines

Prepare print-ready files and working with suppliers

Assist with product mockups, decks and launch collateral

Support brand consistency across all touchpoints

Contribute to marketing and social content creation

Jump between projects in a creative food innovation environment

What We’re Looking For:

2+ years of design experience (preferably in FMCG or food)

Strong Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop skills

Proactive, organised and detail-oriented

Experience designing for print (especially packaging)

Bonus: Familiarity with Webflow, Shopify and Canva

Willingness to explore AI tools when relevant

A keen eye for detail and a genuine interest in food branding

This is a freelance or part-time role based in Matraville with some WFH flexibility.

Rate: $35–$45/hour depending on experience. Start immediately.
