About the Role:

Team Leader:

To ensure guest service is at the highest standards, displaying at all times a professional, competent attitude and commitment to exceeding guest expectations.

Team Members:

We are seeking food and beverage professionals to fill positions for bartenders, floor team members, and baristas.

To ensure guest service is of the highest standards, displaying at all times a professional, competent attitude and commitment to exceeding guest expectations.

Casual role available during mornings and evenings.

The Successful Candidate will:

Have a strong customer-focused outlook with good communication skills and a willingness to accommodate guests’ needs.

Have strong leadership and staff training skills.

Be Reliable, flexible, and responsible.

Current VIC RSA.

Excellent personal presentation.

Great communication skills (both written & verbal)

Must be punctual with good time management skills & an ability to work under pressure, as well as reliable, flexible, and a great team player.

Team Members must have a minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role.

Team Leader must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Various Shifts are available based on preference, including morning, lunch, and evening.

Applicants should provide employment references and have a current work visa or residency status.

The Offer:

Casual rates plus 12% superannuation

F&B Team Leader: Minimum hourly rate from $33.38 Monday to Friday, $40.05 Saturday, $46.73 Sunday

F&B Team Attendants: Minimum hourly rate from $32.31 Monday to Friday, $37.78 Saturday, $45.24 Sunday
