About the Role
As our new marketing lead, you'll work closely with our brokers and leadership team to craft and amplify both personal and business brands across various channels. This is a hands-on and strategic role, ideal for a marketer who knows how to balance creative content execution with long-term brand strategy.
You’ll be responsible for:
Planning and executing our video content strategy: from concept and filming to editing and publishing
Creating messaging frameworks and distribution plans that align with business goals and boost engagement
Managing all aspects of content production to ensure consistency across platforms
Reviewing market trends and competitor content to uncover new marketing opportunities
Running our social media accounts – building brand presence across multiple platforms
Organising and promoting events and community initiatives that connect with our audience
Supporting the growth of personal brands for individual team members, alongside our business brand
Contributing to marketing campaigns across our offices in the Gold Coast and Townsville
What We’re Looking For
3+ years of experience in marketing
A portfolio of creative content across video, social, or events
Real estate or multi-office marketing experience is highly regarded
Strong copywriting and visual storytelling skills
Experience using editing tools (e.g. Adobe Suite, Canva, CapCut etc.)
Confident managing multiple projects and priorities with autonomy
Flexibility that Works
This is a full-time role, but we understand that life looks different for everyone, so we’re open to part-time hours for the right candidate.
