Brisbane Economic Development Agency (BEDA) is seeking a strategic, creative and outcomes-driven Marketing Manager – Consumer to lead the delivery of integrated marketing activity that drives destination demand and brand visibility across key domestic and international markets

This is an exciting opportunity to play a central role in how the world sees Brisbane. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you’ll shape and execute creative, insight-led campaigns that inspire travel, elevate Brisbane’s position, and contribute to the city’s economic growth.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead the development and delivery of integrated consumer marketing campaigns that drive awareness, engagement and demand - across digital, content, media, creative and partnerships;
• Manage campaign execution and performance by overseeing agencies, suppliers and internal teams;
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to align strategy, maximise reach and deliver connected, high-impact marketing activity;
• Plan and manage budgets effectively, using data and insights to optimise resources and support continuous improvement; and
• Provide strategic marketing leadership to both your team and stakeholders.

What You’ll Bring:

• Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications, Advertising or related fields;
• Proven success in delivering integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns that achieve measurable results;
• A broad marketing skill set spanning brand, digital, content, media, and experiential activity;
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills and commercial acumen;
• Experience managing budgets, agencies and campaign performance reporting;
• A collaborative leadership style with experience in developing high-performing team members; and
• Knowledge of the tourism, events, hospitality or economic development sectors is highly regarded.
