About the role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Agricultural drone pilot to join the team at G M Ag Spray in Griffith, NSW. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining drones to provide precision agricultural services to our farming clients.

What you'll be doing

Piloting drones for aerial application of pesticides and other agricultural applications

Maintaining and servicing drones, including performing pre-flight checks, software updates, and repairs

Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and safety protocols

Collaborating with the broader agricultural team to deliver comprehensive solutions to clients

What we're looking for

Experience as a commercial drone pilot, with a Remote Pilot Licence (RePL) and familiarity with the latest drone technologies and software

Strong understanding of precision agriculture, crop monitoring, and data analysis techniques

Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills to interpret data and provide valuable insights to clients

Ability to work independently and as part of a team to deliver high-quality services

Commitment to safety and adherence to regulatory requirements
