About the role

We're seeking a high-performing, relationship-driven Client Relationship Manager to spearhead the growth of our Victorian market. This is a rare opportunity to build and own a region from the ground up.

You'll be responsible for generating new business through smart prospecting, building genuine relationships, and developing a deep understanding of our products and services. In a tight-knit industry where reputation matters, your credibility, initiative, and persistence will set you apart.

We're after someone who thrives on the hunt — who actively chases leads, engages decision-makers, and loves the challenge of opening doors and hitting ambitious sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Achieve and exceed defined sales budgets and KPIs.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive outreach and prospecting ("hunting").

Build and maintain strong, trusting relationships with new and existing clients.

Conduct regular client site visits to strengthen relationships, understand operational needs, and identify opportunities.

Develop tailored proposals, quotes, and service solutions aligned with client goals.

Represent TSA at industry events and trade shows, assisting in logistics and planning.

Respond promptly to customer enquiries and ensure high satisfaction through timely quoting and follow-up.

Cross-sell TSA services aligned with our mission and offerings.

Assist in the preparation of sales reports and insights to inform strategy.

Be a visible ambassador of TSA and live our values in every interaction

About You

You're a motivated and professional sales operator with a passion for building meaningful relationships and a hunger to grow market share.

Required Skills & Experience

Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably within a service-based or creative industry.

Demonstrated success in prospecting, lead generation, and closing new business.

Experience working to and achieving sales budgets/targets.

Skilled at building and maintaining client trust in high-touch, reputation-based sectors.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities.

Self-motivated with a proactive, results-oriented mindset

Proficient in Microsoft 365 and familiar with sales or CRM systems.

Willingness to travel locally for regular client meetings and events.

Ability to work independently while also collaborating cross-functionally within TSA.

Minimum 3-5 years proven track record in B2B sales, preferably within entertainment or creative industries

Must have permanent Australian work rights or relevant visa to work in Australia

Current Victorian driver's licence required for regular client visits
