About the Role
This role offers the unique opportunity to champion a world-first clinical intervention that recognises the powerful link between poor sleep and chronic pain — a condition affecting 1 in 5 Australians.

You’ll play a pivotal role in educating health professionals, delivering training programs, and supporting clinics both in Australia and internationally to adopt a new, evidence-based model of care. The position combines hands-on physiotherapy knowledge with educational leadership, product innovation, and travel.

Key Responsibilities

• Become a subject-matter expert in the science of sleep and pain management.
• Engage with physiotherapy clinics locally and overseas to implement clinical systems.
• Deliver training through a mix of in-clinic visits, online masterclasses, and structured workshops.
• Assist in the development of new training materials and contribute to ongoing product innovation.
• Represent the organisation at industry conferences and events.
• Collect feedback from practitioners to inform continuous improvement.

What You’ll Need

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physiotherapy.
• Current AHPRA registration.
• Experience in clinical practice.
• A passion for ongoing learning and a drive to improve patient outcomes.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively.
• Willingness to travel locally and internationally as required.
