Sales - Outbound (Call Centre & Customer Service)

Full time/ Part time

$31 – $33 per hour

The College of Climate Change - Head Office in Malaga, Perth.

We are looking for the right people who are dependable, reliable, and experienced to join our call centre team in Malaga. Flexible hours, able to work 25 to 38 hours per week.

Your role will include being able to:

Reconnect with existing clients to generate enrolments.

Deliver excellent customer service and care.

Have a good telephone manner.

Build rapport with clients.

Communicate with understanding and patience.

The role will set you up for a rewarding and valuable career. You will receive initial training, on-the-job training, and continuous ongoing support.

Skills and experience:

Talking on the phone in a sales environment.

Strong communication and listening skills.

Prior contact centre or customer service experience (desirable).
