An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Accounts Payable Officer to join this high-performing finance team. This role presents an excellent opportunity for a driven professional to contribute to their continued success. Reporting to the Accounts Payable Manager, key responsibilities include:

Monitor and process all incoming invoices, credit card receipts, and expense submissions within established timeframes

Review and validate expense claims for policy compliance, ensuring accurate supporting documentation and correct tax treatment

Manage vendor master data integrity, including creation of new suppliers and verification of banking details

Coordinate with internal stakeholders and approvers to ensure timely processing and resolve outstanding information requests

Prepare weekly payment runs and bank transfer files, liaising with finance team for payment authorisation

Support month-end close activities through reconciliation processes and audit documentation requests

Contribute to process improvement initiatives and ad-hoc tasks as required

To be considered for this role you will have at least 3-4 years experience working within a fast paced corporate environment in accounts payable. You will also have exceptional attention to detail, strong communication and analytical skills with advanced Excel proficiency, and proven ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
