About the role

We are seeking an experienced Quick Service Restaurant Manager to join our team at Canning Vale Zambrero' in Canning Vale, WA. As the QSR Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our fast-paced restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service and efficient workflow. This is a full-time position based in our Canning Vale location.

What you'll be doing

• Manage and oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and financial reporting
• Provide exceptional customer service, resolving any issues or concerns in a professional and timely manner
• Lead and motivate a team of passionate and dedicated staff, fostering a positive work environment
• Implement and maintain efficient operational procedures to maximise productivity and customer satisfaction
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and food hygiene regulations
• Analyse sales data and KPIs to identify areas for improvement and drive business growth
• Collaborate with the broader Canning Vale Zambrero' team to contribute to the overall success of the restaurant

What we're looking for

• Proven experience as a QSR Manager or in a similar leadership role within the hospitality industry
• Strong operational and customer service skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead and motivate a team
• Proficient in financial management, including budgeting, inventory control, and reporting
• Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences
