What You’ll Be Doing:

Providing remote and onsite technical support

Troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, and network issues

Working with Microsoft 365 (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive)

Managing users via Active Directory and Microsoft 365 admin portals

Documenting work in our ticketing and asset management systems

Communicating clearly and professionally with clients

Helping improve systems and processes for better client outcomes

What We’re Looking For:

Solid understanding of Microsoft operating systems

Experience with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams

Familiarity with Active Directory and user management

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Great time management and problem-solving skills

A current Australian driver’s license

A positive, can-do attitude and a genuine passion for IT
