Reporting into the Head of Travel Concierge, you will be the key point of contact for customers and travel agents, helping them design personalised travel experiences. You will manage inbound leads and work closely with each traveller, ensuring their needs and expectations are met while guiding them through the booking process.

Your ability to build rapport, communicate effectively, and offer expert advice will be critical in converting enquiries into confirmed trips. You will also contribute to optimising sales processes, keeping up with industry trends, and collaborating with the team to ensure a seamless experience for every customer.
