You’ll support one person across everything: business, travel, finances, scheduling, errands, family logistics, personal admin and more.
From handling inboxes, preparing reports and coordinating meetings, to planning family holidays, paying invoices, sourcing gifts and managing travel — you’ll be the one keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes. You’re the go-to. The fixer. The person who sees what needs to happen before it’s even been said.

What You'll Be Doing
Business & Operational Support
Own the calendar, coordinate meetings, manage comms and keep priorities on track
Stay across all moving parts of the business and make sure nothing slips through the cracks
Liaise with accountants, legal advisors, private banking team and property managers
Summarise earnings calls, investor presentations and industry reports so decisions can be made quickly
Build simple systems that keep things efficient without adding complexity
Financial & Property Oversight
Prepare sharp, accurate monthly financial reports across a portfolio of healthcare properties
Track cash flow, income and expenses — and spot things others might miss
Keep reporting files tidy, structured and presentation-ready
Support strategic decision-making with clean data and thoughtful insights
Travel & Family Holiday Planning
Work with our travel planner to help coordinate amazing family holidays
Research and book flights, hotels, tours and transfers for both work and personal trips
Arrange interstate travel and handle all ground transport and car transfers
Build detailed itineraries that cover every detail — and adjust on the fly if needed
Other Responsibilities
Pay and reconcile personal, business and property-related invoices accurately and on time
Source and send thoughtful gifts for friends, clients and family occasions
Handle personal tasks, bookings and errands quickly and discreetly
What We’re Looking For
Has an insatiable desire to learn, grow and figure things out
Strong ability to workshop solutions and communicate them with clarity and conviction
Based in Sydney – with availability for weekly in-person meetings
2+ years experience in a high-performing EA, operations, or coordination role
Financially literate – confident building and interpreting reports
Great with words – clear, concise and quick with summaries or follow-ups
Obsessed with detail, naturally proactive and excellent under pressure
Tech-savvy with tools like Google Sheets, Slack, shared drives and calendar systems
Nice to Have
Interest or experience in commercial real estate and/or the healthcare sector
Familiarity with using AI tools and agents to streamline tasks and support decision-making
Experience planning complex family travel (flights, hotels, activities, dining, transfers)
Willingness and ability to travel interstate to attend property inspections and meetings
