Your Role
As Executive Assistant supporting the General Counsel - Corporate & Commercial, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving team cohesion and efficiency across a dynamic legal function.
Your responsibilities will span traditional executive support — managing calendars, emails, travel, and daily Executive General Manager support - to more strategic contributions, optimising team operations and fostering strong relationships across internal and external stakeholders.
This permanent full-time role is based in Gadigal Country (Darling Park 2, Sydney) and offers hybrid working - three days per week in office.
About You
You’re proactive, organised, energised and emotionally intelligent — able to anticipate needs, communicate clearly, and provide seamless, high-level support in a fast-paced environment.
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior leaders
Highly developed written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organisational, prioritisation, and time management skills
Strong tech literacy, proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, OneNote, Teams, SharePoint etc.) and experimenting with GenAI tools
High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail
Experience working in a legal firm or corporate office environment
