Backed by a team of experienced professionals and a strong operational foundation, we’re now seeking a dynamic and driven General Manager to help take our organisation to the next level.

About the Role

This is a unique opportunity for an experienced General Manager to step into a leadership role at the early stages of a high-growth organisation. You will have full autonomy to help shape our service delivery model, build scalable operational frameworks, and drive strategic business development.

You will oversee the governance, operations, administration, and growth of the organisation—ensuring compliance with NDIS requirements and best practice in allied health service delivery. A key part of your role will be expanding our client base and establishing strong relationships with stakeholders across the sector.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategic plans to drive growth, expansion, and service innovation

Oversee all business operations, including finance, HR, governance, clinical delivery, and compliance

Lead and inspire a remote, multidisciplinary team across Victoria and New South Wales

Drive new business opportunities and referral pathways within the NDIS and allied health space

Ensure adherence to NDIS standards, quality frameworks, and regulatory compliance

Foster a collaborative and values-driven organisational culture

Represent the organisation externally with key stakeholders, partners, and sector bodies

About You

5+ years’ experience in a senior leadership or general management role—NDIS or allied health sector preferred

Strong business acumen with a track record of delivering growth and operational success

Deep understanding of therapy service delivery and NDIS frameworks

Outstanding communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills

Proven leadership in remote workforce management and scalable systems

Visionary, adaptable, and confident in navigating the fast-paced nature of a growing business

Passionate about quality care and committed to improving outcomes for people with disability
