What You’ll Be Doing:

Serving prestigious clients across the Lower & Upper North Shore.

Networking to build strong client and agent relationships.

Creating tailored buyer briefs and securing new clients.

Conducting market research on property pricing, growth, and rental returns.

Inspecting, appraising, and evaluating properties.

Accessing off-market opportunities through agent connections.

Negotiating purchases, bidding at auctions, and ensuring smooth due diligence.

Guiding clients through the property-buying journey with care and expertise.

What We’re Looking For:

The ideal candidate is:

Experienced: Must have an extensive background as a buyers’ or selling agent with a proven track record (min 2-3 years)

Passionate: A deep love for real estate and Sydney’s North Shore market (Upper and Lower North Shore)

Connected: Strong local network and ability to uncover opportunities.

Professional: Immaculate presentation, stellar communication skills, and a customer-first mindset.

Ambitious: A self-starter with the drive to earn $200k+ per year.

Licensed: A fully licensed real estate professional with a reliable car and valid driver’s license.

Flexible: Willing to work Saturdays to accommodate client schedules.
