The Company:
We’re partnering with one of Western Australia’s largest and most respected meat processors—a vertically integrated, well-invested, and growing operation supplying high-quality product to both domestic and international markets. Backed by a leading diversified food and agribusiness group, the business is poised for expansion and is now seeking a Supply Chain Manager to help lead it into its next phase of growth.

The Role:
As Supply Chain Manager, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the reliable, cost-effective, and timely supply of livestock, packaging, freight, and critical inputs to support efficient operations. You’ll manage supply contracts with both company-owned and third-party farms, oversee inbound and outbound logistics (including international air freight) and lead inventory, warehousing, and cold storage partnerships.

Collaborating closely with operational and commercial teams, you’ll ensure all supply chain activities align with production schedules and broader business objectives. This is more than just a job — it’s a rare opportunity to:

• Own the supply chain function across a high-volume, vertically integrated operation

The Person:
We're looking for someone with 5+ years of leadership experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations role (meat industry preferred but not essential) and further experience may include

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Management, or a related field.
• Experience optimizing farm operations for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Strong financial acumen and experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Expertise in customer management and supply negotiations.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
